Sarojini Naidu nicknamed Mahatma Gandhi 'Mickey Mouse'

Indian poet and freedom fighter Sarojini Naidu was arrested during the Quit India movement and was jailed in 1942 with Mahatma Gandhi. It is said that she shared a pleasant relationship with Gandhi and often called him "Mickey Mouse". Popularly known as the 'Nightingale of India', Naidu was born on February 13, 1879.
