Sarvam in talks to raise ₹2,800 cr, may become highest-valued Indian startup: Report

Homegrown AI startup Sarvam is in talks to raise another $250-300 million (around ₹2,800 crore) at a $3 billion valuation (over ₹28,000 crore), the Economic Times reported. This would double the startup's valuation to $3 billion in just four months and would also potentially make it India's highest-valued AI startup. Notably, Sarvam had achieved unicorn status in June.
