Satellite pic shows US radar worth millions destroyed in Iranian attack

Satellite imagery shows an Iranian strike damaged a key US AN/TPY-2 radar worth millions at Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia on March 1. The radar, a critical component of US THAAD missile defense system, is designed to track and intercept ballistic missiles and showed charring and structural damage. One US soldier was also killed in the attack.
