Satellite pic shows monsoon retreating from Delhi as rain belt shifts towards Himalayas

After days of humid weather, Delhi-NCR, Punjab and Haryana are likely to get relief as dry northwesterly winds sweep across the region. A satellite picture showed monsoon clouds concentrated over eastern and central India, while monsoon trough shifted towards the Himalayan foothills. The next two days are expected to remain largely dry, with increased rainfall likely over Himachal & Uttarakhand.
