Satwik-Chirag receive walkover, reach Badminton World C'ships pre-quarters

India's top-ranked men's doubles pair, Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, advanced to the pre-quarterfinals of the Badminton World Championships 2026 after receiving a walkover in their round of 32 match. The duo had received a first-round bye and were scheduled to face Scotland's Alexander Dunn and Adam Pringle. However, the Scottish pair withdrew after Dunn suffered an injury.
