Saudi Arabia, Bahrain ban Al Jazeera amid Qatar crisis

Saudi Arabia and Bahrain have banned tourist destinations from airing all channels of the Qatar-based Al Jazeera network in the latest escalation in the regional spat. The Saudi Commission for Tourism ordered hotels to replace the channels with "official Saudi television ones" and threatened violators with fines of up to ₹17 lakh or cancellation of tourism license.
