Saudi Arabia bans travel to and from India due to coronavirus pandemic

Saudi Arabia has banned travel to and from India, European Union member-states, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, among others, due to the coronavirus pandemic. Indian and Philippines nationals working as health practitioners in Saudi Arabia have been exempted from the ban. Citizens and those with valid residency have 72 hours to return to Saudi Arabia before the ban comes into effect.
