Saudi Arabia offered $1 billion to Houthis to stop attacks: Report

Saudi Arabia has offered $1 billion to Houthis in exchange for ending attacks on its oil facilities, airports and military sites, Israeli media reported. The proposal was allegedly conveyed through Iran after Saudi Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman's surprise visit to Tehran. The minister reportedly even brought the money with him; however, it wasn't confirmed that it was transferred.
