Saudi Arabia will host 2029 Asian Winter Games at a planned mountain resort in the Gulf Arab state's $500 billion futuristic city project Neom. Olympic Council of Asia picked the Saudi candidacy that centres on Trojena that's planned to be a year-round ski resort by 2026.
