Savarkar once said rape is a political weapon: Congress leader

General Secretary of Maharashtra Youth Congress Shivani Wadettiwar has said that women would be scared of VD Savarkar as he once claimed that rape must be used as a political tool against opponents. Reacting to it, Savarkar’s family members dared the Congress party to prove the claims or else they would face legal action for the remarks.
