Saw funding tundra after dot com bubble burst: MakeMyTrip Founder

MakeMyTrip Founder Deep Kalra said the current funding winter is "nothing compared to the funding tundra" that occurred following the dot com bubble burst. "No one wanted to touch a startup," Kalra stated. He added that MakeMyTrip faced added pressures back then as overseas travel dipped due to the 9/11 terror attacks and the SARS outbreak.
