A man from Delhi, speaking about the ongoing flood-like situation, said he saw severe waterlogging in 1978 when he was five years old. "Today I am 50 years old...It is unfortunate...The government should take responsibility and help people," he said. The Yamuna water level rose to an all-time high of 208.53 metres earlier today, reports said.
