SBI board approves ₹60,000 crore debt fundraising for FY27

The State Bank of India board has approved a fundraising of ₹60,000 crore through debt instruments in FY27, subject to regulatory and government approvals, it said in an exchange filing. The board has approved the plan to raise funds in Indian rupees or other convertible currencies. The fundraise can be carried out via public issue or private placement, SBI said.
