SBI Mutual Fund files for IPO with SEBI for over 20 crore shares

SBI Mutual Fund has filed draft papers with market regulator SEBI, initiating the process of its IPO. The offering entirely consists of an offer-for-sale of up to 20.37 crore equity shares, with no fresh issue component, the filing said. "Intent is to go for listing by September," Moneycontrol cited SBI MD Rama Mohan Rao Amara as saying.
