SBI takes Anil Ambani to bankruptcy court to recover ₹1,200 crore

State Bank of India (SBI) has taken Anil Ambani to National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) to enforce personal guarantees to recover ₹1,200 crore in loans given to Reliance Group firms. The loans were availed by Reliance Communications and Reliance Infratel. The lender has filed two applications to nominate a resolution professional for insolvency resolution process of the personal guarantor, Ambani.
