SC asks tenant to handover cinema hall to owner after 63-year-long legal battle in UP

The Supreme Court asked a cinema hall's tenant's legal heir in UP's Prayagraj to handover the hall to the kin of its owner, 63 years after the original owner filed an eviction petition. The court ruled that the premises were needed to support the landlord's family, particularly his disabled son. The tenant had claimed the owner had other businesses.
