SC gave Opp'n tight slap: PM Modi on EVM vote verification verdict

PM Narendra Modi has reacted to the Supreme Court dismissing pleas seeking cross-verification of EVM votes through Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT), saying that the verdict is a "tight slap on the face of the Opposition". He also termed the Opposition as "vote looters". He claimed the Opposition was defaming the election process for their own benefit.
