SC grants bail to ex-TMC leader Kuntal in teacher recruitment case

The Supreme Court on Friday granted regular bail to former Trinamool Congress (TMC) youth leader Kuntal Ghosh in a CBI case linked to the West Bengal primary school recruitment case. However, the court has directed him not to leave the state without prior permission of the trial court and restrained him from speaking to the media about the case.
