SC grants interim bail to Vikas Yadav to meet ailing mother

Supreme Court granted interim bail to ex-MP DP Yadav's son Vikas Yadav, convicted for kidnapping and murdering Delhi-based executive Nitish Katara, until May 8 so he can meet his ailing mother. The court instructed Yadav not to contact any witnesses while out on bail. Yadav opposed Katara's alleged relationship with his sister as they belonged to different castes.
