SC issues contempt notices to all KPCC office-bearers

The Supreme Court initiated contempt proceedings against all office-bearers of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) over an October 12 social media post targeting CJI Surya Kant. A bench of Justices Aravind Kumar and Vipul M Pancholi issued notices, appointed an amicus curiae, and sought Attorney General's assistance to determine if the post amounted to criminal or civil contempt.
