SC issues notice on CBI plea against Kochhar arrest in ICICI scam

The Supreme Court issued a notice on CBI's appeal against the Bombay HC order declaring the arrest of former ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar and her husband, Deepak Kochhar, illegal in the Videocon loan fraud case. The HC had granted them interim bail and rejected CBI’s arrest reasons in 2023.
