SC judge Indu Malhotra replaces NV Ramana in panel probing CJI case

Supreme Court judge Indu Malhotra was appointed on Thursday as the new member of the panel probing sexual harassment charges against Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi, after Justice NV Ramana opted to recuse himself. Now the three-member panel has two female judges, Indu Malhotra and Indira Banerjee, and it is led by Justice SA Bobde.
