SC junks plea to bring Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's ashes, asks daughter to file plea

Eight decades after Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose's death, his daughter Anita Bose Pfaff appeared before Supreme Court via video conference from Austria to support a plea seeking the return of his ashes, believed to be preserved in Tokyo's Renko-ji temple. SC declined to hear the petition filed by Netaji's grandnephew Ashis Ray, saying Pfaff, sole heir, must file it herself.
