SC quashes tribal man's life sentence, orders fresh trial

The Supreme Court set aside the life sentence of Chhattisgarh tribal man Munna Mandavi, convicted of murder in 2021, after finding key prosecution witnesses were examined without his presence, violating CrPC Section 273.
