SC raises concerns over police summons to advocates

The Supreme Court said that summoning legal professions over the advice given to clients is concerning. It can undermine the autonomy of legal profession. Also, it can even affect the administration of justice, the Court opined, seeking the views of the AG, SG and the Bar bodies in the matter.
