SC refers Delhi Gymkhana Club takeover plea to High Court

The Supreme Court asked the Delhi High Court to hear a plea by 11 Delhi Gymkhana Club members challenging the Centre's takeover of the club's 27.3-acre premises and subsequent eviction proceedings. The HC had earlier refused to entertain their plea, saying only the club could challenge the Centre's decision.
