SC rejects DU's plea against construction of high-rise in north campus

The Supreme Court has dismissed a plea of Delhi University (DU) due to inordinate delay in challenging a decision of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) which allowed a private real estate firm to construct a high-rise in the north campus without any height restriction. The DDA had allowed the firm to construct a high-rise group housing society in 2011.
