SC sends notice to J&K admin on plea by Omar's sister over his detention

The Supreme Court has issued a notice to J&K administration over detention of former CM Omar Abdullah under the Public Safety Act and sought a response by March 2. The court was hearing a plea filed by Omar's sister Sara Abdullah Pilot, challenging his detention. Omar has been detained since August 5 and was booked under PSA last week.
