SC sets aside HC order mandating age determination in POCSO cases

The Supreme Court has set aside the directions of the Allahabad High Court, by which it had mandated age determination test to be conducted in all cases involving the POCSO Act. It held that the determination of age of the victim is a matter of trial and not at the stage of bail.
