SC/ST bodies demand creamy layer principle in Raj, say '4 of 59' castes have cornered quotas

SC and ST bodies have called for the introduction of creamy layer in the categories. Rajesh Panchoriya, state coordinator of Aarakshan Upvargikaran Sangathan, said four of 59 SC castes in Rajasthan have "cornered" quotas. Arvind Bheel, activist of Bheel Vikas Sansthan, said, "More than 90% of reservations in the ST category are taken by the Meena caste."
