SC stays FIRs against ED officers over I-PAC raid, issues notice to Mamata Banerjee

The Supreme Court has issued notice to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and senior police officials on ED's plea alleging obstruction of its probe at I-PAC premises. The court directed the state to preserve CCTV footage and stayed the FIR against ED officers. The matter will next be heard on February 3, 2026.
