SC summons Ghaziabad police commissioner for 'insensitive' probe in 4-yr-old's rape case

The Supreme Court on Friday slammed the Ghaziabad police for the "insensitive approach" in the investigation of the rape and murder case of a four-year-old girl. The court summoned senior officials, including the police commissioner, on April 13 in connection with the case. The court observed that a probe by SIT or a central agency was needed in the case.
