SC to hear final arguments on 'real' Shiv Sena after EC's 2022 decision

Supreme Court will hear final arguments on January 21 and 22 to decide which faction of Shiv Sena will be recognised as 'real' party and awarded 'bow-and-arrow' symbol. The dispute is between Uddhav Thackeray's Sena UBT and Eknath Shinde's faction, following 2022 split when Shinde led 40 MLAs to ally with BJP, and EC recognised his group as real Sena.
