SC to hear Mahua Moitra's circuit house eviction plea

The Supreme Court will hear TMC MP Mahua Moitra's plea on Thursday alleging she was evicted from a circuit house in Krishnanagar, Nadia, despite being allotted a room. The incident occurred on August 14. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta objected to Moitra approaching the apex court directly over the issue.
