SC to hear plea against Unnao rape convict Sengar's bail on Dec 29

The Supreme Court will hear CBI's petition challenging the order of the Delhi High Court granting bail to 2017 Unnao rape convict Kuldeep Singh Sengar on December 29. A bench of CJI Surya Kant, Justice JK Maheshwari and Justice AG Masih will hear the matter. This comes after CBI challenged the High Court's order that suspended the sentence of Sengar.
