SC to hear plea on confiscating paper leak accused's property

The Supreme Court will hear after six weeks a plea seeking confiscation of movable and immovable property of exam paper leak offenders and their family members. The bench asked respondents to file counter affidavits. The plea also seeks consecutive sentences for paper leak convicts, citing violations of students' fundamental rights.
