SC upholds reduced accident compensation for married daughter

The Supreme Court has upheld the reduction in motor accident compensation to be granted to a deceased's married daughter. The Court affirmed that a married daughter may be considered as a legal representative, but she will not be eligible for loss of dependency compensation unless it is proven that she was financially dependent on the deceased.
