Scamsters running rife: Mazumdar-Shaw on her fake Telegram account

Biocon Chairperson Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw responded to an X user who shared a screenshot of a fake Telegram channel named 'BIOCON-TECH.ORG'. The channel showed Mazumdar-Shaw's fake account as the 'Company Owner'. "Scamsters are running rife and it's difficult to deal with them...This morning I caught a scamster trying to get my bank account and Aadhaar numbers," she said.
