School principals post videos with similar scripts to praise CBSE marking system amid result row

Videos of principals from different schools went viral for using almost identical language to praise CBSE's On-Screen Marking (OSM) system amid backlash over technical glitches. The videos showed principals describing the system as "transparent", "accurate", "faster" & "technology-driven". Reports claimed CBSE circulated a script for school principals and directed them to defend OSM.
