Schools shut in Gurugram, 3 other Haryana districts amid air pollution

The Haryana government on Friday issued an order to shut schools in Gurugram, Sonipat, Faridabad and Jhajjar until further orders in view of deteriorating air quality in NCR region. The government also banned construction activities in all 14 NCR districts of Haryana. It added that diesel generator sets can't be operated in these districts till the weather improves.
