Scientists claim there's a new continent called Zealandia

Scientists claim to have discovered a new continent 'Zealandia', a 4.9 million-square-km region in the Pacific Ocean comprising of New Zealand and a French island territory. It is "geologically separate and distinct from Australia and Antarctica" and the thinnest, most-submerged continent. Considered a collection of continental islands thus far, geologists now say they're all connected underwater.
