Scientists find new alloy formed during Hiroshima nuclear explosion

A study published in 'Science Advances' revealed that scientists discovered a new alloy which was formed during the Hiroshima atomic bomb explosion in 1945. Researchers said the alloy was formed when metallic vapour from the nuclear explosion cooled almost instantly. They added that the newly discovered alloy could help develop lighter and more heat-resistant materials in the future.
