Scientists reveal what makes a person an overachiever

A study that took into account 34,000 international top performers, including Nobel laureates, Olympic champions and the world's best chess players, has found that most world-class performers explore different fields before specialising. The study also found that people who overachieved gradually improved during their formative years and were not top performers within their age group.
