SCO members adopt joint communiqué at Dushanbe summit

At the 25th SCO Council of Heads of Government meeting in Dushanbe, member states adopted a Joint Communiqué, approved the 2027 budget, and endorsed a 2026–2030 trade action plan. Discussions covered digital transport platforms, AI, logistics, and anti-terrorism cooperation. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh stressed sovereignty-based connectivity and highlighted Chabahar Port and INSTC.
