Scorpio driver who abused, rammed into mother-daughter duo's car in Gurugram identified

After a Scorpio driver abused a woman and her daughter and damaged their car during a road-rage incident in Gurugram, police have identified the accused as Swayam Sharma, a resident of Delhi. The FIR was filed after a 26-day delay. The incident took place on the same road where a man named Kalyan Bainsla rammed his car into biker Sia.
