Indian Railways has clarified its guidelines for passengers travelling with digital unreserved tickets booked using the RailOne App. It is mandatory to carry a photo identity card along with the mobile used to book the ticket during the journey, it said. Copies of unreserved tickets obtained via WhatsApp, screenshots, or other means aren't considered valid travel authorisation, it added.
