Scuffle breaks out during Mamata's protest in WB, police resort to lathicharge

Scuffles broke out between TMC supporters and police during Mamata Banerjee's sit-in protest in Kolkata against alleged post-poll violence and the attack on her nephew, Abhishek Banerjee. Reports also claimed that police lathi-charged TMC supporters. A protester said, "Even if the police beat us, we won't budge. We will stay here as long as Mamata Banerjee remains at the protest."
