Sea otter attacks surfers, steals boards off California coast

A five-year-old sea otter has been attacking surfers and stealing their boards along the California coast in US. Videos showing the otter's encounters with the surfers have surfaced online. The otter sometimes even damages the boards with its paws and attacks the surfers. A warning sign stating 'Aggressive Sea Otter in this Area' has also come up at the spot.
