A seaplane carrying 11 people crashed into the waters near Sucia Island in Washington's San Juan Islands. The aircraft made an emergency landing in North Beach Shallow Bay before catching fire, but everyone on board was rescued. One person is in critical condition, while several others suffered injuries ranging from head wounds to broken bones and lacerations, ABC News reported.
