SEBI approved the confidential IPO papers of Imagine Marketing, the parent company of audio and wearable brand boAt. According to reports, it filed for the IPO in April and is targeting a valuation of ₹13,000 crore. This marks the firm's second attempt at a public issue as its plan for a ₹2,000 crore IPO failed in 2022.
